SUMMER AFRICAN TRADITIONAL MUSIC CAMP: DANCES AND SONGS

WELL, ugandan dancers band organisers are planning to organise a summer camp for african traditional music in dancing and singing, without forgeting use and meaning of signs in african music. well everybody is invited. we invite as well comments and suggestions what could be good to have. just tell us what you think about it. all musicians would have a full weekend together to share what they have and we would try to organise an all together performance to end our summer music camp.  we would like to host it in trstenice near litomysl town. this project has no sponsorship so all would depend on us. both dancers, non dancers, men and women, young and old are encouraged to attend. in this camp we all share our experiences, our challenges our achievements and desires.  for now we are thinking on the first weekend in august but the date is still open, we can all decide together and see the best possible date. we would arrive on a friday and saturday would be for our creative works and sunday morning with workshops in dance and drumming as well, then sunday afternoon we would have some performances and leave back home.
we would have accomodation, food, studio, and instruments for the attendants.

New on our list is the grand performance in pilzen, czech republic on 18th of April at 7:00pm. Dont miss out. we will also demonstrate, drum, dance, rythm and voice combined, how to achieve it and how to apply it and the wonders it creates in music. questions, discussions, interactions, all at your service. Get to see lots of different musical instruments and make a fulfilling evening.

Tomorrow 29th is already here when the ugandan dancers band are performing in vysoke myto. come we dance the stress off. the performance is with drums brought directly from uganda, drums with cow skins, snake skin, wooden drums, shakers, horns, pots. come and enjoy the ugandan way of shaking what we inherited from our ancestors. see uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu,

Tommorrow, 11th august, ugandan dancers band will be performing in ceske budejovice in the narozeniny zoo. we are performing on the occasion of babtising the newly born tiger. woh and we have been asked to be the ones to find a name for the baby tiger. its a secret for now just attend the concert as we enjoy and party and annound the beautiful name.
see us tommorrow, make noise with drums not with guns is our motto and we hope one day all leaders of all nations would come together and drum together for some days, we are sure that would be the end of any war. lets go   UDB
